Although this is a small book, it is a must have for serious knitters to have in their library. I am 71 and usually just knit in the winter, but have been knitting practically every day for the past year. As a result I am having pain in the right hand. (I knit English Style). I have always loved learning new things. I am hoping knitting Portuguese style will help me. I have been knitting since I was 11 years old. I cannot give up my knitting. My five year old granddaughter wants to learn to knit. I think I will teach her the portuguese style of knitting. I wish I had learned it sooner.
